Prolifics focuses on upskilling its employees; collaborates with Symbiosis International University for MBA Program

Pune: In an attempt to upskill its employees and expand their careers, Prolifics– an Orlando-based digital consultancy firm– has been running a higher education program for its employees.

The program provides the company’s employees with a number of courses to choose from, such as the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (EPGDM) from Symbiosis International University and M.Tech from BITS Pilani.

Their first batch of employees enrolled in the EPGDM course, provided in partnership with Symbiosis International University, successfully graduated. These employees will now be able to broaden their career trajectory and help in the growth of the organization.

“We really believe that anyone who joins Prolifics should be able to expand their career choice offerings and build their careers with us,” said Partha Patnaik, Global Head HR, Prolifics.

“Ever since the coronavirus pandemic, there is even more need of upskilling with the changing ways of working and several new jobs cropping in fields of tech and management,” said Patnaik. “We want all of our employees to be able to grow in their careers and achieve success,” she added.

The company, which has offices in Pune and Hyderabad, plans to introduce more courses for their employees in future to help them specialise in different fields.

We hope to help them transform their workforce to drive productivity, innovation and growth.” said Seema Singh, Director Symbiosis Centre for Corporate education (SCCE). “Our Executive MBA program aims to build a learning and development function which will give Prolifics vast returns on their upskilling investment,” she added.

The learnings from the program will enable the employees to work more effectively, enabling them to accelerate their careers in their domains. Managers, aspiring managers, and engineers, all can benefit from this course by learning the complexities of cutting-edge marketing tactics and excelling in their respective businesses. It will further help them attain a globally recognized degree and managerial skills at the same time.
