More about the Indira Group of Institutes
Indira Group of Institutes is located at Parandwadi about 30 km from city of Pune. It is very far from any kind of urban civilization and surrounded mostly by rural settings. However it is not far from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. There are several options for commuting, of which one is by the PMT buses. The bus stop – Somatane Phata is 6 km away and bus frequency is also horrible. Only a few students travel by PMT buses. Second option is to travel by local train to Begdewadi railway station, which is 10 km away, and then take Omnis or six-sitters from there. Local trains are too crowded and their frequency is also no better. College also provides bus facility but that is too expensive. The most preferred option would be to travel by your own vehicles. Overall accessibility is very poor and travelling is a big turnoff.
Internet has emerged as a powerful tool for education. It is a confluence of all kinds of information related to each and every field of education. It also allows teachers and students, sitting in far-flung areas, to interact, share and exchange information. In order for students to be successful, they must have a global view of their future.
Hostels are a home away from home. We at ICEM provide you a decent stay and the best possible learning environment. Accordingly effort is made to make living in a hostel a comfortable and memorable experience. Many Students consider quality of life as one of the important factors while choosing a College.
As market conditions and communication trends continue to change, the Age of Information is moving towards the Age of Collaboration or the ‘Power in We’. At Indira we have seen the ‘Power in We’ is in nurturing individuality so that skills are complemented and the students work together in an organized fashion to share ideas and solve problems. We have students coming from all parts of the country, from diverse educational backgrounds, varied skills and specializations, who, are collaborating towards a common goal of becoming good corporate citizens. We invite you to collaborate with our campus so that you can connect with the right people, with the right skillsets who will help you to get better business results.
