Xiaomi is the new generation OS, MIUI 13 has been available to Chinese handsets for some time now. The Chinese technology has now revealed that it has started the first wave of the MIUI 13 global rollout. It has shared an official list of phones that will be receiving this new update in Q1 in the year 2022.
It has been shared with the list of phones that will be getting MIUI 13 in the first half of the 2022 year. It includes-
- Redmi Note 10 Pro,
- Redmi Note 11 Pro,
- Xiaomi Pad 5, and
- Mi 11 Lite 5G.
It has been said that the global rollout scheduled for MIUI varies by region. It has not explicitly mentioned any information relating to the Android version, not all smartphones on this list are expected to receive Android 12 along with the new updates. Additionally, this list does not include Indian variants, as more information for those more products will be shared separately.
It is the OS skin from Xiaomi that was revealed in the month of December 2021 with the launch of the Xiaomi 12 series. This latest version comes with Liquid Storage, which is also claimed to maintain the read and write speeds of your device over an extended period. It has featured the Atomised Memory management method, which is a claim to improve the RAM of your handset. This OS has featured the Smart Balance upgrade, which is also said to extend the battery backup life of your phone by up to 10 percent.
