The objective of the conclave was to empower the school teaching community through discussions on the multiple facets of the National Education Policy 2020. It also shed light on how to scale pedagogical innovation to enhance teaching and learning. The conclave saw the participation of teachers and educators from prestigious CBSE schools in Pune.
The esteemed panelists from reputed CBSE schools shared thought-provoking and valuable insights on ‘Developing Pedagogically Scalable Schools’. In the current changing scenario where CBSE school principals play a multi faceted role of being the pedagogical leader for the school, the panel discussion followed by a workshop on understanding assessments aids in empowering these principals and educators in understanding assessments. The workshop helps educators understand the student’s progress and redefine their teaching approach for their institutions.
