Pune-based renowned developer and creator of lifestyle homes, Mantra Properties has been conferred with top awards of the prestigious CNN News18 India Real Estate & Business Excellence Awards this year.
At the India Real Estate & Business Excellence Awards, Mantra Properties has won the award “Emerging Brand of the Year”, while its CEO Rohit Gupta has received “CEO of the Year” award, and Sr. Vice President, Sales, Marketing & CRM, Nitin Gupta, has received “Marketer of the Year” award. The event was held on 31st March 2021.
This stellar recognition comes to Mantra Properties and its top two leaders on the heels of Mantra’s 14th anniversary. Over the past 14 years, Mantra Properties have expanded rapidly across Pune, completing, and delivering 11 projects. Currently, Mantra Properties are developing 15+ projects all across Pune with around 66 lakhs SFT under construction. They have one of the largest footprints of inventory in Pune and PCMC and are leaders in Pune’s mid-segment housing.
Over the past one year, Mantra Properties has garnered increasing recognition for their innovative handling of the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown crises and their record performance in 2020.
