Vadodara, July 15: Gujarat Inject (Kerala) Ltd. (BSE: 524238) has reported a sharp improvement in its financial performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by its strategic transition into the renewable energy and solar solutions business. The company also announced the appointment of Murli Shivshankaran Nair as its Managing Director and confirmed progress on its proposed name change to REGENOVA RENEWTECH LIMITED.
The company’s revenue from operations surged 414.4% year-on-year to ₹12.45 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹2.42 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Net profit for the quarter rose sharply to ₹1.25 crore, a significant increase from ₹7.35 lakh reported in Q1 FY26, reflecting improved operational efficiency and stronger margins as the company expands its presence in the clean energy sector.
Although revenue moderated sequentially from the exceptional ₹30.70 crore recorded in Q4 FY26, the company maintained strong profitability. The Q1 FY27 standalone profit after tax accounts for nearly 69% of the total standalone profit earned during the entire FY26, highlighting the strength of its evolving business model.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) also witnessed a substantial increase, rising to ₹0.86 for Q1 FY27 from ₹0.05 in the year-ago quarter.
The Board of Directors approved the standalone unaudited financial results during its meeting held on July 15, 2026. Alongside the financial performance, the company announced the appointment of Murli Shivshankaran Nair as Managing Director, reinforcing its leadership as it accelerates its transformation into a renewable energy-focused enterprise.
The proposed rebranding to REGENOVA RENEWTECH LIMITED marks another milestone in the company’s strategic shift towards sustainable energy solutions, with a focus on capitalising on the growing opportunities in India’s renewable energy market.
