Ravivar Racing Club and Wit & Chai Group Create a New Networking Format for Brand Marketers

Mumbai: In an industry where networking typically revolves around conferences, panel discussions, and formal mixers, Ravivar Racing Club (RRC) and independent creative network Wit & Chai Group experimented with a different format.

The result was The Brand Circuit, a curated karting and networking experience that brought together brand leaders, marketers, and creative professionals from some of India’s leading brands for an evening of racing, conversations, and community building.

The event hosted professionals representing brands and organizations including HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, McDonald’s, KFC, Reliance Digital, Wella, Sugar Cosmetics, SuperYou, Bummer, AM/NS India, Adani Airports, Palmonas, FatakPay, Metal Power, HDFC Securities, and more.

Unlike traditional industry events, The Brand Circuit was intentionally designed without presentations, keynote speakers, or networking sessions.

Instead, participants connected through a shared experience on the track before continuing conversations over dinner and drinks.

“One of the biggest challenges in our industry is that meaningful conversations rarely happen in formal settings”, said Suyash Lahoti, Director at Wit & Chai Group and one of the key collaborators behind the initiative. “The idea was simple: bring together good people from across brands, marketing, and creative backgrounds, remove the usual conference format, and create an environment where conversations happen naturally”.

Founded by Harsh Walawalkar and Yaquta Bootwala, Ravivar Racing Club has grown into one of India’s fastest-growing motorsport communities, with over 1,000 members participating in karting events, drives, screenings, and community experiences across the country.

The Brand Circuit marked the community’s first industry-focused experience, bringing together professionals from the marketing and advertising ecosystem through the shared language of motorsport.

“The response exceeded expectations”, said Yaquta Bootwala, Co-Founder, Ravivar Racing Club. “What stood out wasn’t just the participation on the track, but the quality of conversations that continued long after the racing ended. It reinforced our belief that communities are built through shared experiences”.

With strong participation and positive feedback from attendees, Ravivar Racing Club and Wit & Chai Group are exploring future editions of The Brand Circuit, with plans to expand the concept into other cities and formats.
